We realise this is a privilege that must be earned through the hard work of surpassing your expectations of us. All our efforts are directed towards doing just that. Currently our written feedback is telling us that over 98% of our guests have their expectations met or surpassed whilst staying at Boroka Downs.

Guest Satisfaction:

In the pursuit of excellence, we aim to create a luxurious environment with spotless comfort and a romantic ambiance for you and your partner, ensuring that you will both be rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed when the time comes to depart. We do everything to provide our guests with the greatest possibility of enjoying themselves. 

However, should we fail to meet your expectations, - and we urge all our guests to come with the highest expectations - your guest guarantee allows for the unconditional return of your booking fee should you, upon arrival, for any reason, be disappointed and unhappy to stay.

Peace and tranquility:

We know that most of our guests place great value on the seclusion, privacy and serenity of the property. With this in mind, and to protect what is valuable to the majority of our guests, we have a strict NO VISITOR policy. The only exception are Elopement Packages, when a small number of visitors may attend for the ceremony by prior arrangement.

Smoke-free environment:

All internal areas including all of the residences are smoke free environments. We require that all guests respect this and refrain totally from smoking inside. For smokers, smoking outside on the patio is permitted where chairs and a table are available.

Children and Pets:

Boroka Downs has been specifically designed for couples and furnished with high quality equipment to suit that purpose. Thus the property is unsuitable for children. However, babies in porta-cots are welcome. Because of the constant presence of native wildlife and the Trust for Nature convenant on the property Boroka Downs is not suitable for family pets.
