Bedroom

Our king-size beds are all fitted with mattress toppers. A selection of four different pillows of varying shapes and degrees of softness are provided. Quality linen with pure wool doonas ensure first class comfort.

The large wardrobe has ample hanging space and four draws. Hangers are provided. Fluffy gowns, slippers and a yoga mat are  also supplied for your use. And there's a safe should you wish to store any valuables.

Full view glass walls, with blinds, add to the Boroka experience. In the Residences the HD television rotates from the living area allowing you the comfort of viewing from bed.

Living Area

The living area is a large light filled space with a wall of glass allowing you to view the surrounding countryside in absolute comfort. There is log fire to add to the romance. The supply of wood and kindling is maintained by your hosts. A wide screen digital television with DVD/CD and surround sound is a feature. There is also an iPod dock to allow you to enjoy your 'favourites'.

Binoculars a bird field guide and other reference material are provided to assist you in identifying the vast array of birds and other wildlife. A small selection of books about the Grampians and a range of magazines are provided to help you unwind. The large sofa with ottoman allows you to comfortably take advantage of of the view, the fire and the TV.

The patio area features sun lounges, chairs and a table and shade sails in the summer months. There is also a electric BBQ situated here all year round.

The Bungalow has 2 seperate bedrooms with king beds and all of the amenities listed above, there is a heated spa on the deck and a European wood heater.
