Tariffs/Packages
Boroka Downs is truly a unique accommodation experience and one, which we believe, can only be fully appreciated by spending at least two nights. With this in mind the following 'accommodation only'* tariffs have been created. For single night tariffs and more inclusive package offerings please see listings at left.
All prices are per couple.
Two Nights: Mid-Week $990 Weekends (Fri and/or Sat) $1,090
These tariffs include a very late checkout (up to 6pm) or a complimentary third night during off-peak periods.
OFF-PEAK PERIODS are all periods outside of long weekends, Easter, Melbourne Cup and the Christmas - New Year period. All peak periods have a minimum of three nights except Easter and Melbourne Cup, which both have a four night minimum. Peak period prices on application.
Extended Stays
Four Nights Mid week $1,250 Weekends $1,350
Five Nights Mid week $1,550 Weekends $1,650
Six Nights $1,850
Week $2,150
Longer stays - price on application.

* While we state that these tariffs are accommodation only, they do however include the following:
- Passes and discounts to local attractions;
- Complimentary newspaper (must be requested on booking);
- Mahlia coffee beans;
- Tea Tonic Chest containing a selection of organic and herbal teas;
- Basic Condiments such as local olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper grinder etc.;
- Robes and slippers;
- Bathroom amenities;
- Aroma Lamp;
- Quality binoculars, back pack and, walking and touring maps;
- Complimentary access to the DVD library;
- Complimentary board games;
- Complimentary use of mountain bikes;
- Firewood and kindling;
- Residence fully cleaned and serviced after the third or fourth night on stays of five nights or longer;
- 24 hour reception and assistance;
- and more!
Payment possibilities:
To maintain a reservation, a booking fee (included in the accommodation cost) is required at the time of making the reservation or within three days if paying by money order or cheque. This can be made via cheque, money order, or credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For multi-night reservations, the requested booking fee is $250. For single night reservations, $100.
The booking fee will be deducted from your accommodation costs.
Cancellation policy:
Booking fees will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Return of booking fees (minus a $50 cancellation fee) on cancellations fourteen days or less before check-in date, will be subject to the reservation being re-sold. Late check-in and early check-out, and no-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation.

Your Privacy
Many guests surprise their partners for a special occasion or celebration. We are happy to send confirmations (if indeed that is necessary) and maintain your secret until arrival.
We are also committed to protecting our guests’ privacy before, during, and after their stay with us.
Typically we will ask you for the following in completing a reservation:
- Name;
- Date of arrival;
- E-mail address;
- Mobile phone number;
- Estimated time of arrival;
- Credit card details if paying by this method;
- Where you first heard about Boroka Downs e.g. which web site.
All information remains strictly private and will not be divulged to any third party. You will also be given the choice of being put into our email data base to receive the E-Scape newsletter.
Your presence at Boroka Downs is also the business of no one else. We decline to divulge your presence here should anyone ring inquiring – unless instructed otherwise by our guests.
