Should you think you have been mislead in any way by this web site, or subsequent enquiry, when you arrive, your deposit will be repaid in full and alternative arrangements made for you.
Cancellation/Postponement policy:
Your booking fee will be returned if cancellation/postponement occurs more than 14 days before check-in date. A $50 cancellation/postponement fee will apply.
Return of booking fees (minus a $50 cancellation fee) on cancellations/postponements fourteen days or less before check-in date, will be subject to the reservation being re-sold. Late check-in and early check-out, and no-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation.
